We are a training practice and this year we have three Registrar GP's: Dr Rachel Mills (currently maternity leave), Dr Sumit Gokani, Dr Hadya Parinitha, and Dr Reema Menezes.

Our surgery is also a teaching practice for undergraduate medical students who are attached for a period of seven weeks in their final year at University. Occasionally they may sit in during consultations. Your GP will check if you are happy with this and you have the right to decline, if you wish.

Louise Dalby is our Nurse Practitioner responsible for the daily Nurse Practitioner Minor Illness Clinics. Sue Laidler, Sue Holmes and Louise Lee (Burrows) are our Practice Nurses who all hold a range of clinics.

Maria, Sue P and Julie M are our Healthcare Assistants, and Sue M and Sarah are phlebotomists.

Robert Whitehead is our Practice Business Manager. Julie B is our Assistant Practice Manager, Diane and Karen are our practice admininistrators and Max is our practice secretary.

Our reception team, responsible for reception desk, telephone and prescription enquiries comprises - Nikki, Sue B, Karen, Max, Jane M, Meena, Sue M, Sarah, Emma and Daniel. Julie Matysik is our reception supervisor when not taking clinics as a Healthcare Assistant.
We encourage feedback from our patients. We like to think that we are approachable and friendly, and we never aim to be abrupt or unhelpful.

The Department of Health has issued guidance that all pregnant women over 28 weeks should receive Whooping Cough (or Pertussis) Vaccine. Please see the attached advice leaflet or contact the surgery for more details.

Free parking is available for Bushloe End patients at the Royal British Legion car park, which can be accessed from Launceston Road, approximately 100m from the surgery.
