Opening Times
Our surgery is open between 8:15am and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, and our telephone lines are open between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, closing for lunch between 1:00pm and 2:00pm each day.
Nurse Practitioner Minor Illness Clinic every morning from 8:30am - 12:30pm, 3pm - 6pm each Monday and Tuesday and 1:30pm - 4:30pm each Wednesday and Friday. Appointments are for 10 minutes and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Appointments are made available each day and are not pre-bookable. Appointments can be booked on the day either in person at the surgery or by telephone on the day.
Phlebotomy Clinic every morning from 8:30am, Monday to Friday.
Practice Nurse appointments can be booked in advance throughout the week (with the exception of Thursday afternoons).
GP appointments - we have a range of appointment times for GP's, with surgeries every morning and afternoon (with the exception of Thursday afternoon). All can be booked in advance with the GP of your choice either by calling in person at the surgery, by telephoning 0844 815 1425 or by using our on-line appointment booking system. Appointments are usually for 10 minutes, but if you have more than one problem to discuss please do request a double appointment.
Extended Hours - evening surgery
Evening Surgery - realising that it is not always easy for people who work to attend the Surgery during normal working hours, we offer bookable appointments with some GP's on Monday evenings. These surgeries run from 6:30pm to 9pm.
Out of hours contact
Should you require an Emergency Doctor out of hours, please phone the Out Of Hours service on 0845 045 0411. Out of hours operates from 6.30pm to 8am each weekday and from 6.30pm each Friday to 8am Monday.
Please note: On Thursday afternoon the surgery does not deal with emergencies. This is to enable staff training and continuing medical education for the doctors. If you need a doctor in emergency after 1:00pm please contact the Thursday Out Of Hours phoneline on 0845 601 8803. From 1:00pm on Thursdays the surgery is open for pre-booked clinics and routine telephone contact only.
