Patient Experience Survey 2011

Thank you to all our patients who participated in The Bushloe End Surgery Patient Experience Survey. We have received the results of the survey click HERE to download a pdf copy. Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) was supplied with a preliminary copy of the results and will be discussing the results at the next PPG meeting on 3rd April.

There are some notable highlights in the results of the survey for instance 90% of respondents found our staff approachable, professional and courteous, 97% of respondents found our GP's good or very good at listening and 95% found the explanation of tests and treatments given by GP's to be good or very good.
