Patient Experience Survey 2013-14
Please take a few moments to complete this year's survey.
Patient Participation Group
Bushloe End Surgery has an active PPG that meets roughly every 6 weeks in the surgery. We are always keen to recruit new members and if you would like details of the next meeting please contact Robert Whitehead (e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
or 0116 257 8024). By being involved you can help to determine how we deliver primary care services - your surgery needs you!
Book appointments and repeat medication via an app to your smartphone for details click here.
The new NHS 111
service is now available to all our patients. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones – just dial 111. This service will
- replace the old out-of-hours phone number - you should dial 111 if you need medical advice when the surgery is closed.
- replace NHS Direct -, you should dial 111 if you need health information or advice
- help you to access the correct local urgent health care service if you need urgent care, at any time.
You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. When you call 111, a trained adviser will ask you questions to find out what’s wrong, give you medical advice and direct you to someone who can help you, like an out-of-hour doctor or a community nurse.
